This Cancel and Refund Policy explains our procedures for cancellations and refunds related to our software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, ShopSynq, which provides merchants the ability to create their own ecommerce websites, manage in-store billing, and handle inventory. By using ShopSynq, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Subscription Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation Requests:

You may cancel your ShopSynq subscription at any time by following the cancellation process outlined in your account settings.

1.2 Refund Eligibility:

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. For annual subscriptions, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the remaining unused months of your subscription period. Refunds are processed in accordance with the terms outlined below.

2. Refund Process

2.1 Refund Request:

To request a refund, you must submit a written request to our customer support team at support@shopsynq.com within 3 working days of canceling your subscription.

2.2 Prorated Refunds:

If you are eligible for a prorated refund, the refund amount will be calculated based on the number of unused months remaining in your subscription period.

2.3 Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 3 - 5 business days of receiving your refund request. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the subscription.

3. Service Disruption

In the event of a service disruption or interruption caused by technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances, we will work diligently to resolve the issue promptly. If the disruption is due to our fault, you may be eligible for compensation or a refund, as determined on a case-by-case basis.

4. Modification of Fees

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees and charges for ShopSynq ' s services. Any changes to fees will be communicated to you in advance, and you will have the option to accept the new fees or cancel your subscription.
